I was using my laptop browsing the net and it shut down on its own and restarted. It gets to the splash screen that says Acer preparing automatic repair then goes to a black screen that says your device ran into a problem and needs to restart then just continues through that loop. I’ve tried putting a new m.2 in and same thing also tried putting the m.2 in the other slot same issue. I pulled the ram out 1 at a time and moved them around slots same issue. Tried reinstalling windows. It went to the screen where you start selecting window install or repair option then rest and began the loop again. I’m at a loss
