She takes a million supplements and vitamins every day, uses every facial product under the sun, gets lip filler, has her eyebrows microbladed, and has now admitted to getting Renuva and a fat transfer. Meanwhile, she is losing her hair, has no natural eyebrows or eyelashes and looks completely depleted.

It is crazy to me that she is willing to spend all this money and do all these procedures just to create the appearance of health when the obvious answer is adequate nutrition and real help. You cannot supplement, inject, fill, transfer, microblade, or skincare your way into being healthy.

She seems so terrified of food that she will try absolutely anything else. At this rate, the next thing will be a wig or hair transplant because she refuses to address what is happening. She is in her mid 30s and should be in the healthiest, strongest years of her life, but instead she looks decades older and on deaths door step .

It is honestly wild watching someone work this hard to APPEAR healthy while avoiding the one thing her body clearly needs FOOD. Tammy there’s no bullying here - just someone who sees through the facade and is calling it out !

I have a normal to high cervix. I’ve tried the pit disc, the flex disc, the salt disc, and the Luma disc. The flex and pixie were so big. I couldn’t even get them to stay behind my pubic bone so then I got the salt disc which seems maybe too small or just right it fits well but it takes me at least a half an hour to get it down. I found the Luma disc which is roughly the same diameter, but has a tail. I thought this would be the fix however, I’m constantly leaking really bad with the Luma. I know it’s inserted correctly. It’s under my cervix and it’s popped way up above my pubic bone HELP! What am I doing wrong? I want this to work so bad like it does for everyone else.
