Aiming to move to sheffield for work and I was looking at these 2 places in particular due to the additional services provided.

I was wondering if anyone knows anything bad about them? I know some of the reviews with loxley was about hidden additional costs at the end of tenancy (same with steelworks) but they said they change management since then.

Velocity also refuses viewings if a tenant lives there and just provides a video (idk how old though) so seeming less ideal.
