Mobility & Recovery Coaching in Manhattan
Hey everyone,
I’ve always been into fitness, but over time, I came to realize that recovery and mobility are just as important as training hard. A lot of people push through workouts, long workdays, stress, and soreness without giving their bodies the recovery they actually need.
I currently work at a mobility and recovery-focused facility near MSG in Manhattan, where sessions go beyond a typical workout. Depending on your goals, we combine mobility work and recovery techniques with things like saunas, cold plunges, cryotherapy, red light therapy, and assisted stretching to help you move and feel better overall.
I work with all kinds of people, from athletes and runners to busy professionals and people getting back into fitness.

• recovery after workouts
• tension from long workdays
My approach is very personalized and one-on-one. I take the time to understand your routine, goals, and how your body actually feels, so sessions are tailored specifically to you.
I also offer private sessions in apartment or residential building gyms for clients who prefer training in their own building.
