The U.S. just released 8.6M barrels from its Strategic Petroleum Reserve,the largest weekly draw ever.

This marks the 7th straight decline, pushing reserves to their lowest levels since late 2024, while U.S. crude exports remain near record highs.

Supply is tightening. Global demand remains strong. Is this the start of oil’s next major Breakout , or a setup before a sharp reversal?

Bullish 📈 or Bearish 📉 — and why?

The U.S. Senate has officially confirmed Kevin Warsh as the next Chair of the Federal Reserve, replacing Jerome Powell this Friday.

With a possible shift in Fed policy expectations, I’m watching volatility in Gold (XAU/USD), USD pairs, and yields very closely. My bias-hawkish sentiment , pressure on gold, but headline volatility could create fake moves first.

How are you guys positioning? Long, short, or waiting for confirmation?

I wanted to share one of my recent XAUUSD executions. • 3 buy entries (0.03 each) • Focus: liquidity sweep and market structure shift and confirmation entry • Risk managed across multiple positions • Closed total: +$315

Our main idea was waiting for price to sweep liquidity, confirm bullish structure, then scale in instead of chasing. I am Still improving every week, but consistency and patience are starting to pay off.

Gold first went down and touched a recent low, then suddenly moved up. Why did this happen?

Here’s the simple idea- Price went down first to hit stop losses below the recent lows (this is called liquidity) After taking those stops, the market reversed and moved up

At the same time: The US Dollar became weaker Interest rates (yields) went lower Both of these support gold and help it move higher.

So what’s the answer? Gold first went down to take liquidity, then moved up, and weak dollar and low yields helped the move continue.

What do you think? Was this a clean liquidity grab, or do you see more upside coming?

Gold is approaching a high-probability supply zone (4625–4640), where price has already shown signs of hesitation. Current structure suggests potential downside, but confirmation is key , not anticipation. Clean rejection from this area could open room for further weakness, while strength above it would shift the outlook.
