What is a “jeopardy” rota
Saw that the IMO had to get involved with a jeopardy rota, and I might be showing my age but I’ve never heard of this! Can anyone enlighten me?

About to sign contracts on a house. There was a significant list of contents included in the advertisement which was a big draw for us as FTB. Vendors refusing to allow contents in contracts after asking. I imagine anything outside of contract i.e the daft ad/sale brochure isn’t legally binding.
Is there any reason to refuse contents list in contract?
