One external monitor for 16gb MacBook Air

I am looking to have a setup that includes a single external monitor for law school. Would I notice any lag or heat if I decide to go with a 16gb MacBook air rather than a 24gb?

Premium increase

If I have a not at fault accident, and I filed through the other person’s insurance to get repairs and a rental car, will that affect my premium when it comes time to renew?

Adjuster timeline?

I got into my first accident where I wasn’t even in the vehicle when it happened. I was inside the restaurant and when I was getting ready to leave, this lady outside let me know that she backed into my car by accident.

How long does it take for an insurance adjuster to rule out whose fault it is? I’m afraid that since I wasn’t present at the accident, she might try to escape fault.

I currently live and work full-time in Idaho, but will be moving to Ohio in the fall for law school. My university does not offer health insurance for domestic students so I will most likely have to apply for Medicaid since we are not allowed to work during the first year of the program.

Do I need to apply for Medicaid with the state of Idaho or Ohio? I will still have my Idaho drivers license when I start, don’t know if that matters. It’s gonna be tricky establishing residency in Ohio because I’m living on campus.
