Hi, I am taking 5 required courses this fall and I want to take one of them through chang school. As chang school fees are required at the time of enrollment, if I pay out of pocket right now, will osap cover it? I believe if I don't pay right now, late fees will be added later, will osap cover that as well if I wait for them to pay directly?
