Don’t go to Sparsh Hospital

My grandfather underwent cancer surgery at Sparsh Hospital, Bhubaneswar. While the surgery itself was said to be successful, our family was given very little counselling or guidance regarding the cancer, possible complications, or post-operative care. After a tracheotomy, he was discharged quickly, and within days developed severe mucus buildup and breathing difficulty. We rushed him back to the hospital, but instead of admitting and monitoring him properly, they allegedly only cleared the mucus and told us to take him elsewhere. The same issue happened again soon after, and while being taken across the city for emergency treatment, he choked and passed away. What hurts the most is the feeling that urgent post-surgical care was denied when he needed it most.
This was easily preventable especially with all the money that Sparsh takes but guess not.
