Toddler symptoms - Distended belly, growth stopped, lethargy and not walking!

Hi all - sorry in advance for long post -

Curious if anyone has dealt with anything similar as it feels like our almost 19m olds symptoms escalated so fast within the last 4 months after having 2 bouts of being admitted to the children’s hospital for RSV and Flu A (thinking maybe those could have triggeted the Celiac). In late January (he was 15m) we started noticing his belly getting really big, we chalked it up to toddler belly at first but then our daycare started asking about it and that made us realize it was not normal (We were admitted for the bloating in mid March which led to all the labs and tests pointing us to Celiac). Shortly after that at his 15m appt we realized he hadnt grown at all since his 12m visit and has now at 19m fell from being in 70 percentile for height to 30’s, which was our other big red flag. My husband is 6’y” and I’m 5’2” so of course mine he could take after my height but the fact that he fell off his growth curve so fast was very concerning (Found out he was deficient in iron, folate, copper, and slightly deficient/borderline in vitamin d and b12). Our last major symptom was that he completely stopped wanting to crawl or walk. He hadnt started independently walking yet but could stand unassited for a bit and walk holding one of our hands and could take some unassisted steps, so he was so close. We recently started PT but he doesn’t even want to do anything there so it feels pointless and feels like he’s never going to walk 🥺 He also is always so tired. He has to have a morning nap and sleeps 16 hours a day. Anybody else have a toddler with these symptoms? It is so sad to see him basically waste away we are heart broken and just want to get better. We just had our endoscopy done this week.

Edit to add - he is low IgA and his IgG was 1,793mg/dL and EMA was >1:2560.
