I’m looking to meet Khan Sir briefly for some academic/career guidance.
Does anyone know the best place and timing to catch him (at the Khan GS Research Centre in Patna or elsewhere)? Is there a formal appointment process, or do you just need to wait outside the office after his batches?

Vacancies & Conventional Intake: How often are non-cadet drives opening up at major carriers (IndiGo, Air India group, Akasa)? Is cadet still heavily dominating the induction pipeline?
Type Rating (A320/B737/ATR): For fresh CPLs doing a self-sponsored type rating, how fast is the conversion to an airline seat right now? Are type-rated freshers being absorbed steadily?
Flight Instructor Route (AFIR/CFI): For those building hours at FTOs—how is the school hiring demand and pay stability? Does holding multi-hundred instructional hours give a strong edge in direct-entry drives later on?
