Hii I’m wondering if anyone has any advice for me about getting my account verified on Nol World. I wanted to try to get tickets for bts in busan and I made my account a few weeks ago, plus the army membership on weverse.
I didn’t do enough research clearly and I only realised I had to do the identity verification in the last week and now the presale is tomorrow. I did try to get my account verified 4 days ago now, so 2 business days, but it still says that I need to wait 24hrs for an administrator to verify or whatever. I’ve been looking online and saw that a lot of people had this problem and were waiting for up to weeks at a time? I emailed both their korean and global help emails and haen’t got anything.
Anyways I have seen that some people had no difficulty with verification and had theirs go through instantly. I’m wondering if it would be worth it to delete my whole account and try again, make sure my details and everything are 100% clear, to see if it verifies instantly? Is it like an automatic thing that could make that possible? Or is it not worth it because I’ve already been waiting days for the administrator verification?
