When the orientation is going to start and when will it end(time not date)?

In round one upgrade i got EI branch and now in internal branch exchange should i go for EC,IT,CSE my jee rank is 87k and no categories except state quota.

Should i go from EI to ETC in Internal Branch Change, idk anything about cllg and what to study and what to do.

People say getting good CGPA in ETC branch is tough but then it will be more rewarding than EI. Or is it not?
