For context my neitghbour Neighbor Downstairs he keeps the TV on until 2 am and sometimes he even falls asleep and leaves the TV on. I've tried ringing the doorbell to wake him up, but that doesn't work. Besides, he's called the police on both me and the neighbor for making noise, even though I've never heard any noise from the next-door neighbor. So now I'm looking for some idea to get revenge without anyone knowing it was me.
