Part-Time Accounts Receivable Contractor
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Contractor to support our finance team for a duration of 12 weeks. This is a part-time contract opportunity ideal for an experienced AR professional who enjoys working independently, communicating with customers, and keeping collections running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team local to Denver, and support critical finance operations during an important transition period. If you're an experienced AR professional, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Manage full cycle accounts receivable by following up on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts primarily via email outreach
- Analyze and resolve invoicing discrepancies and payment issues
- Document and deposit payments
- Maintain meticulous AR records and support cash flow processes
- Update and maintain organized records within Excel
- Work within NetSuite to manage AR activities and account information
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience handling collections and customer follow-up via email
- Intermediate Excel skills, including spreadsheet maintenance, data cleanup, and lookups
- Bonus points if you have experience using NetSuite
- Strong written communication skills
Work Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid with 2-3 days in office in Congress Park/Hale area)
Pay Range: $20-$30/hour
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week for 12 weeks
