For the last 3 weeks, my internet has been going in and out at random intervals ever 5-15 minutes. Completely losing service. Other times service will just drop to a fraction of the rate i pay for (under 50mb on a 1gb plan). On top of that, every few days there seems to be an outage in my neighborhood where i get a text and then a few hours later they say its fixed but the same problems continue. Nobody on the phone has any details about why these outages keep happening so I really need someone with more knowledge to explain whats going on.
