Wtf is happening in hyd every month?? Why do all of a sudden people start thinking there's no petrol and crowd all the petrol pumps across the city?

And who tf is spreading such rumours?? And why only Hyd? No where else in India would you see such a thing.

Its beyond my understanding that no one even has common sense to check if the rumours are true.
