This cant be real.. My ex’s attorney is disbarred as of 9/29/26 and the guardian ad litem is MIA since 9/22/26. Trial on 10/7 was cancelled.

(MO) This case has been a doozy. We were preparing for trial on October 7, but a September 29 hearing involved my request for discovery in my ex’s two contradictory cases in different jurisdictions. The guardian ad litem was absent. At an October 1 hearing, the judge ordered the respondent to provide documents from her other case because they relate to her ability to work and parent. At the October 2 hearing, her attorney withdrew, and the judge gave her 14 days to represent herself or find new counsel. Since we were already in the pretrial phase, the October 7 trial has been stayed during that period. The guardian ad litem is still missing in action. I've sent multiple emails without a response, as did opposing counsel before being barred. What is likely to happen next? Is a new lawyer likely to take the case this late in the pretrial/trial process? Should I prepare for settlement or trial?

Major twist: Pro Se and my exs lawyer withdrew from the case 1 week before trial. What now?

I’m the petitioner in a Missouri custody case modification. Heres the thing, the mother also has a separate personal-injury lawsuit where she claims serious, permanent, and progressive injuries, ongoing medical treatment, and wage loss.
In our custody case, I requested medical records related to those injuries because her ability to work and care for our child is an issue.
At the September 29 hearing, her attorney objected and said the medical records were irrelevant. The judge disagreed and specifically stated they were relevant to her ability to work. I also raised their potential relevance to her ability to care for our child.
At the follow-up hearing, the judge gave an opportunity for the documents to be produced. Two days later, her custody attorney withdrew.
The judge gave her 14 days to obtain a new attorney or proceed pro se.
I’m not assuming the withdrawal was because of the discovery issue, but the timing caught my attention.
What happens next? Does the withdrawal affect the outstanding discovery? Can a new attorney re-argue objections the judge has already ruled on? And does the judge’s ruling that the medical information is relevant remain in effect?

Got charge-offs; goodwill letter denied; auto score low. What are next steps to improve my score in 1-3 months?

My fico 8 672/686/682, but currently sitting at a 13% interest rate on my Cap One Auto car loan, which is ridiculous. At the time of the finance my sore was around 550. I've had the auto loan for maybe eight months now and had one late payment, Capital One auto denied my Goodwill letter.

I have 2 Capital One charge offs from four years ago. I paid them but it's a poor reflection on my credit profile. since then, I've got an approved for two Capital One cars that I pay on time. I've had them for almost a year and I keep a utilization of 1%.

Beides that, I don't think I have too much on my credit profile, but my payment history from my Capital One charge off is not good. am I FICO auto scores are really low, but my FICO score is high. I'm just trying to figure out how I can improve my Phico score within the next one or two months. This interest rate is a headache.
