Can a 100.7kg guy lose weight with Apple Fitness+ strength training + running?
Body: Hi everyone, I’m currently 100.7kg and want to lose weight. I’m thinking of doing Apple Fitness+ (AF+) strength training workouts combined with running. I don’t have much experience with fitness, so I’d like to ask: Is this combination effective for someone my weight? Can I realistically lose fat doing AF+ strength + running? Any advice, experiences, or tips would be really appreciated. Especially from people who started heavy and managed to lose weight with similar training.
