Current preparing for CFA L1 so I’m a bit lost and I was thinking would it be a good idea to do two chapters at a time (hard + easy) where I dedicate 70% of my time to the hard chapter and 30% to the easy chapter like doing quants and Alternative investments because I have been doing quants since days and it really gets too much and then I don’t feel like study so that’s why I was thinking about doing alternative investment with it as a cool down chapter.
Also would like to hear any tips that made a real difference for you guys.

Hi everyone, I’m preparing for the CFA level 1 exam November attempt and aiming for a strong score, not just a pass. I’m currently studying primarily with Schweser Notes and using CFA Institute curriculum questions/practice problems, but I’m not reading the curriculum text itself.

For those who have passed or scored well, Is Schweser Notes sufficient to achieve a high score, or is it necessary to also study the CFA curriculum in depth? Would buying/using the curriculum more seriously make a meaningful difference in marks, or are Schweser + practice questions enough if used properly?
