This computer has always had this issue since i got it over two years ago. It just hasn’t happened in the last year. Now it’s happening again with no input whatsoever.

The cursor flicks around and clicks repeatedly everywhere. It is impossible to use the touchpad while it is happening, but turning off the touchpad through the keyboard stops it. Hard resetting stops it, however this makes it so the cursor lags behind inputs.

Touchscreen is off, and the os is Windows 11.
