Hi everyone,

After TTC for 3 years we finally did load of tests and discovered my husband has really high antisperm antibodies (%99) which is probably why we haven’t been able to conceive. I am not sure if the antibodies are on the head or tail.

Our GP suggested us to go to a fertility clinic for IVF. We are both under 30. Healthy BMI, and lifestyle. Husband’s all other parameters on his SA is actually quite good. It’s just the antibodies causing our infertility…

My question is would we benefit from trying IUI at all, since his motility, numbers etc are quite good? And I am young?

or should we just go straight to IVF with ICSI? Would really appreciate anyone with experienc. Thank you!
