I have a Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9E which I purchased last August 2025, sadly my display ran a problem last April 18, suddenly the display's backlight stopped working. I contacted support immediately and did troubleshooting over the phone and thru email.

April 21, Work Order Created but was cancelled immediately

April 22, Another Work Order was Created, parts were ordered on the 23rd and got a Technician on site on the 24th.

The technician replaced the display, the bezel and the fan but still backlight is still not working after replacement. Was advised that he will order a new board and display cable but I will need to wait since it's Saturday the next day.

April 27, Another work order was created

April 28, Parts were ordered and onsite repair was scheduled April 29.

Hoping to have this fixed since I am also worried about the technicians opening the laptop, I have already noticed some dents on the top cover.
