Can't turn key completely
Greetings
A couple days ago we've had a problem with a lock in our apartment: it got jammed with the key turned halfway and couldn't take it out. Ended up having to remove the lock from the door to open it.
Now that I've reassembled the thing, and when the key is put in, it doesn't make a full turn so we can't take it out. Also, when using the inside knob to lock it (without the key in), the cylinder turns so that the pins come out and jam it again.
When looking up the problem on Google, it said something about "desynchronization" of the inside part of the lock with the "outside" part, but I can't seem to be able to reassemble
The knob on the inside turns freely without the thing installed, as the cylinder does.
