Hi guys

My Headstrap just randomly snapped today after only 5 months of use…. I‘ve seen reports from around a year ago but I thought such a flaw would be fixed on a flagship product… I guess not?

I hope I‘ll get it replaced by warranty - but before this repeats again, is there any way to additionally support the headstrap so that this doesn‘t turn into a repetitive RMA nightmare?

Or did corsair maybe fix the strap issue with a metal instead of plastic material in the newer production series?

Ooooor… is there any DIY solution to switch out the fragile plastic for something much more durrable ideally straight from corsair? I didn‘t find anything official yet…
