is it normal to be stuck at a weight for an entire week?

im pretty sure i have been keeping a caloric deficit for last week, but i didn't loose any weight. i do strength training 3 times a week (legs press 12x4, lat pulldown 12x4, chest press 12x4, dumbbell row 12x4) and i walk on avg 5k steps everyday.
