Best Clinic/Lab for MFI

We are considering moving clinics as we’ve had three failed rounds at our local clinic (which is a well respected academic center). We are using surgically retrieved sperm due to non obstructive azoospermia aka severe male factor infertility. I feel we’ve exhausted the best local options and only have two remaining frozen vials of sperm so we want to make a wise choice. It seems Cornell may be the best option for MFI though I’m hearing great things about CCRM Lone Tree as well. Looking for reviews on either clinic or other recs - my main concern is outcomes and lab quality. I’m ok with a physician who is direct/not a hand holder and can navigate billing/admin issues if needed.

If you traveled out of state for IVF please share your experiences and survival tips. we've not had luck at a well respected clinic locally and are considering traveling to nyc (Cornell specifically due to their experience with challenging male factor) for future ivf rounds. feeling apprehensive about the logistics and cost - where does one stay? is initial remote monitoring feasible to cut down on days spent at a hotel? any other suggestions? much appreciated
