Hi everyone! I was just prescribed Caplyta 42mg, and I currently take Desvenlafaxine (Pristiq) 100mg. I’m diagnosed with major depressive disorder (bipolar depression), general anxiety disorder, and ADD.

Doc and I are figuring out med combos and we’re giving this a go. I’ve been taking Prestiq for roughly 10 years, and this is the first time I’m adding a med to the mix.

Anywho!!!

I’m looking for any and all experiences with this med combo? Or something similar? Side effects in the beginning to prepare for?

My main concern is weight gain (i have a binge eating disorder, so I’m worried it will make it worse), and drowsiness as I have a fast pace job.
