I am looking for some specialist who help me!

I bought an Instagram account because that account had the @ I need for my business. After i get the access i change some things on the account and after some minutes i got that account permanently disactivated. I tried to make the ID verify and after make it they disactivated the account.

My question is, can I recover the account? If not, the @ will be available again? If yes … when?

Any specialiaste on that?
