Hello. First of all, I would be very, very, very, very grateful if you could help me 😔. Recently, my Instagram account, where I create content, was closed. I've always been careful about even the slightest bit of vulgarity. Despite this, my account was initially closed on the grounds that I was "under 13," and I had the chance to appeal. I appealed, but due to internet issues, the facial verification option disappeared, and I was forced to use ID verification. However, the process, which usually takes 3-5 days, was rejected as soon as I submitted my ID, and despite being over 13, my account is permanently closed, and I can no longer appeal. I suspect there was a problem with the ID verification or it wasn't properly investigated. Is there anyone who can help me, and what can I do?

I have this 2nd acc and i forgot its password and i forgot the password but somehow it logged out soo when i type the new right it says im wrong... then i use the same pass and log into my friend's phone. It opened and i used it with ease but when i try to open in my mobile... it doesnt

Hello guys. I'm not quite sure, but it seems that someone is trying to get my account. It happened when I received a notification from Rocksender. It seems that Rocksender is not legit. What to do?

so hi i am 16 year old from rajasthan (dont know why i mentioned that) but i have a secreat insta account for a while now you see and well i used to log into in from my lap top only useing incognito mode but yesterday night even after typeing in the right password and email it wasent leting me in so after fucking around witht the reset button which dident let me reset it i went to sleep thinking i will sought this in the morning but now its the same it wont let me in requesting another device which i dont have i dont think its hacked there is no notification of another log in on my email and shit soo umm ya i am forever logged out of my account (which i had paricaly my whole life on)

I just want to vent. Was I really stupid to give all of me only to you the other person isn’t willing to have me like I wanted them. When I want marriage, the other person just wanted a friendship. And so I write.

I'm locked out of my Instagram account because it's linked to an old phone number I no longer have access to. When I try to log in, it only sends a verification code to that number. There is no option to receive a code via email.

Even when I use the email login link sent to my registered email, it still asks for the code sent to the old phone number.

I tried multiple video selfie verifications (different lighting, environments, angles) and all rejected. Password reset via email still requires phone verification. Contacting support via email but no response.

I still have full access to the email connected to the account, but I have no access to the old phone number anymore. Every recovery method ends up requiring that phone number, and there doesn't seem to be any alternative way to verify my identity. Has anyone successfully recovered their account in this situation? What actually works?

I want to build an Instagram page and eventually a podcast, but after reading so much about influencer culture becoming fake and performative, I’m worried about losing authenticity. For creators who stayed grounded — what helped you avoid becoming consumed by numbers, validation, or online persona?

My Instagram account got locked after suspicious activity, and I think someone may have accessed it because I found a post and a story uploaded that were not mine. (They were Elon Musk twitter profile, that’s why i’m saying ‘may have accessed’)

Now Instagram says “Device not recognized” even though I’m using the same old phone I always used for this account. It also asks for a backup code for two-factor authentication, but I never set up 2FA myself, so I don’t have any backup codes.

I tried:
\- same device
\- same Wi-Fi
\- browser instead of app
\- forgot password
\- hacked account recovery
\- trusted friends option

Nothing works. Every time it goes back to “Device not recognized” or asks for backup codes.

The account is not personal, so video selfie verification is not really useful.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any way to recover it if someone enabled 2FA on my account?
