CEC NOC 62010 – Reference letter structure concern

Hi everyone,

I applied for PR under CEC as a Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010).

My reference letter lists my duties in paraphrased wording (not copy-pasted verbatim from the NOC). However, the overall structure and order of the duties follows the NOC fairly closely.

I have used this same letter before in previous applications (WP)and have over 5 years of work history with the same employer, with T4s and pay stubs to back it up.

My concern:
Could an officer see the structural similarity to the NOC as a red flag, even if the wording itself is not copied word-for-word?

My questions:

  1. Has anyone had a similar experience?
  2. Do officers care about the order of duties, or only the substance?
  3. Should I be proactive about this, or wait for a Procedural Fairness Letter if they have concerns?

Any insights appreciated. Thanks!
