Got scammed buying an AMI Paris T-shirt and being strung along for a month — ORDER #260317053013xx
Bought an AMI Paris T-shirt, was forced into an exchange instead of a refund due to their policy timeline. Sent my item in — never received anything back.
Raised a formal complaint on April 11th. Was told it was “escalated.” Nothing happened. After endless follow-ups, I was promised a refund within 24 hours last Wednesday. It’s been 6 days. Still nothing.
My money is gone, my item is gone, and their “customer support” is a joke.
