I've always held my pencil/pen wrong, is this okay??

Terrible drawing to show how I've always held my pencil/drawing tool. Ever since I was a kid I've held it this way and couldn't hold it the other way. I'm double jointed and its very awkward to hold it the normal way, and I can't draw the normal way, it's very shaky and I have bad control. I've always held it this way, but im now wondering if this affects anything or holds me back? I feel like I draw/write fine enough, its not hard for me, but is this stopping me from anything and is this holding me back??

Kitty scared of every single noise

Boo is scared of every slight noise. She will hear something fall or literally anything, and she puffs up and hides every single time. She didn't used to be so scared but she only just turned a year old. The past few months she's just been very cautious. Her two brothers are not like her and are very chill, but she is very scared of things. The funny thing is she has the biggest personality out of all of our cats, and she talks constantly and will meow back at you over and over, as if we can understand her. She's just a little bit of a wimp.

(Also, in this photo she is playing, not scared, I did not try to traumatize her for a photo)

I'd like to know where to post this question

Okay due to an inside joke I was going to make an item of clothing that included the name of a restaurant, Red Lobster. Would that be like illegal to have on a hat. Not the logo just the name 😭

How to improve my art?

Im not good at digital art by any means, but I'm trying to do better. Im not looking to be super good at anatomy and amazing proportions, though I want to be better. Im mostly wondering for tips on how to make my art more interesting and pleasing? It looks so amateur and I really am scared I'll never improve. This is a little guy I did but like... it's not good. Im really worried about never having cute art or style, I always create characters in my head but can't draw them!!
