I am attempting to DIY wheel bearing's tomorrow, do I have all the parts? What is this part that this guy had to cut off? Is that the inside of the bearing sticking to the hub, or is it another piece I need for the job? 2012 honda civic

This is my box of parts
I got the Hub, bearing, snap ring, and axel nut. Do I need anything else? Or does the wheel hub assembly I got; press directly into bearing and I am good to go?
