[ACADEMIC] The relationship between applied mindfulness practices and positive dream affect among Sri Lankans: A cross-sectional study.
Hi everyone!
I’m conducting my final-year research project, and am looking for participants who would like to take part. My research aims to investigate whether there is a relationship between applied mindfulness practices and positive dream affect
The study does not require you to be a professional mindfulness practitioner, instead it is looking at daily mindfulness practices you might engage in during your daily life, such as going on walks, or being mindful when you’re eating. These are usually short, flexible, mindfulness practices.
The study is completely anonymous; taking approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Participants eligible for participation are those:
- Between the ages of 18-59
- Sri Lankan
- Who are fluent in English
- Have no known history of psychological conditions
