I think this is a common problem and I've seen a lot of other people complaining about connectivity issues with the Bose QC Ultra 2, but rarely a solution that would work.
I've recently bought a Bose QC Ultra 2, because it sounded awesome and the fit was really secure. The first time I've tried it, I absolutely loved the sound and the comfort of the earbuds, but little did I know it would be the only time I'd be able to connect it to my phone (Android).
After this first time, it's been a nightmare trying to connect the QC to my phone: as soon as it connects, the connection drops and the Bose App doesn't recognize the earbuds. I've tried resetting the earphones (a lot of people told they had success conecting the QC after a hard reset, but it didn't work for me); and connecting it to my phone with and without the Bose app, but nothing seems to work.
Since I'm in Latin America and Bose doesn't receive devolutions/give refounds to Brazil, there's nothing much I can do, but to try my best to solve this issue.
There is something I find quite awkward: even though the QC doesn't connect to my phone, it has no problems connecting to my PC, which makes me think the issue of the QC is with Android.
Anyway, has anyone found a way to solve this connectivity issue?
