I only did 1 mg/week and never increased the dose.

Diet was okay, but still ate whatever i wanted - just less overall.

I only did 1 mg/week and never increased the dose. I still ate whatever I wanted, just less overall, because I didn’t want to restrict myself too much and make it feel like a struggle.

It was slow, but easy.

Still a bit high BF%, but i'm happy for now
