Swedish Pearl Sugar was originally purchased to make panettone, but I haven't had many other occasions to use it. Kanelbullar has been on my "to bake" list for awhile.

This bread is delicious -- and each loaf is huge! The dough is sticky, but after the first rise it rolled out very nicely. I would absolutely make this again perhaps to experiment with flavors other than the lemon curd, but I think I would halve the recipe in the future. I should have some happy co-workers tomorrow.
