Asking for a friend

My friend is a pre med student, and he needs advice. And No it’s not me I am asking for a friend.

96% in matriculation and 93% in intermediate switching to tech but having a fear of wrong direction but passionate to devote in the right direction. He took 1st option Nust and wanna go for a best possible backup option
except FAST and Giki cause of additional maths.

As well as, tell about PIEAS, ITU ,CUI specifically isb campus.
