DX Husband wants to have kids. I (DX) am still fence-sitting but, at 36, I’m running out of time.

I’m not oblivious to the struggles we will face if we do start a family. So, I am not looking for folks to say “don’t do it”, I am looking for any recommendations for resources (like books, YouTube Channels, Podcasts etc) to help us plan and navigate the kinds of ADHD-specific challenges we might face as parents. Especially since I don’t have a great background to draw from on what a ”healthy” family atmosphere looks like.

So much ADHD parenting is about parenting ADHD kids, and even “How to ADHD” only has a couple of videos on the subject. I want to find more.
