Favorite options for tacos/burritos?

So far I've tried store bought Mexican shredded cheese (fine I guess but not melty or super flavorful), homemade meltable cold cheese (basically a cashew mozzarella that I was trying to use as a oaxaca or jack cheese), and fresh hot liquid nacho cheese with soymilk. I also make a vegan crema from yogurt or cashew cream. The nacho cheese was my favorite for flavor, the melty cheese was my favorite for texture, and the crema is a nice easy addition if I buy the yogurt.

None of the cheeses so far have been so good that I want to go through the effort and expense every week, so I'm trying to figure out whether to go simpler for convenience, or more complex to make it worth it. I searched online, but there's not a ton of posts or discussions about this kind of cheese/cuisine specifically. I haven't gotten into fermentation yet. Would that make a big difference? What do vegan mexican restaurants like to use?

A lot has been said about how Cavs' chops, his songwriting, and his musical complexity have all improved since the beginning of gizz. the thing that really stands out to me though is how his sound quality and touch have evolved. Every funk head knows that funk drumming is all about keeping a tight pocket, tasty grooves, and sound quality. Flashiness is optional in funk, but you can't be sloppy. It helps that it's well recorded, mixed, and mastered, but his new record sounds gorgeous. The hi hat, kick, and snare tones are so rich and balanced. Cavs is extracting such sonorous fidelity from his drums lately, and he's still young as far as legendary drummers go.

It's impressive that he's able to do that while also putting out great double bass metal, speedy garage rock, jazzy jams, and improvising over live analog synths. Our boy really does it all, and he does it all well. What's your favorite sounding drum work from Cavs?
