GoTyme GoSave Balance Disappeared After Internal Transfer?
Good afternoon, guys!
I'm having a hard time trying to think if this is a common issue on GoTyme's end.
I had my account since 2024 and haven't been using it for a while. I just realized na I could've put some of my money in GoTyme since GoSave offers 3.0% p.a.
FF, I added XX,XXX to my GoTyme para kahit papano mag-earn siya, then transferred it to GoSave (internally). After a couple of minutes, I went ahead to check it so I could change its name and target amount, then boom—gone.
I already reached out to their support, did my research to see if may maintenance ba, and asked my friends if they're having the same issue. Still nothing.
Then I called their CS, and she was helpful, although my paranoid ass still can't chill lol.
Has anyone had this issue before or today? I already filed a case sa BSP just to expedite things, but if anyone could share how long it took before it reappeared on your GoSave, I'd really appreciate it.
