PC struggling. CPU temp is 80c shortly after startup. Way over 100 when used.

I have a 4 year old pc, i got NOOO clue on PCs but i assume 120c is too high for the cpu? The built in fans are on max ;_; I assume changing the fans is the way to go?

Sudden change in arm overnight.
Also on the fingers. It's most visible on the left arm, on the fingers it's both hands.
Never had this beofre and now it's VERY visible
