Anyone have any experience with the INTERNAL fast track to Inspector scheme?

Know anyone who’s applied? Anyone here applied either positive or negatively?

I’d be curious to learn more about it.

I have heard a lot of stuff about external direct entry / fast track schemes but never really seen discussion about the internal scheme.

I personally haven’t met anyone who I’ve known do it.

Edit: bonus question, anyone who’s been both a Sergeant and Inspector, which rank did you prefer?
