Cinematic Courses or Tutorials for cinematographer/filmmaker switching to game dev?

I am looking for a course or tutorial (Udemy, Coursera, YouTube, creator-published) for an entry-level UE user that covers the ins and outs of everything UE Sequencer, dialogue systems, etc., to make great, performant cinematics (for games, not just films). I already have many years of experience as a filmmaker, so I don't need lighting or camera theory, it's okay if it has that as well, just looking for a strong UE interface deep dive using visual scripting to help me make a lateral jump.

Been piecing together dozens of YouTube vids on specific subjects, but it doesn't feel quite comprehensive enough, and sorting the wheat from the chaff gets tedious.

Any suggestions would be amazing! I am checking out Boundless Entertainment as someone suggested, so lmk if you've taken that and would recommend - or if there are other options out there! Thanks in advance!!
