Estrogen slowly climbing after letrozole

Anyone track cycle after using letrozole? I used 5mg on CD3-7. I had a small LH bump but not significant. I’ve had ovary sensations all week. My estrogen is slowly climbing. Anyone experience their LH bump later after taking letrozole? I’m hoping estrogen will keep rising and my LH bump will happen 🤞🏻 This estrogen cycle is looking way more organized than my normal cycles - normally it’s going up and down all over the place, so I’m hoping the stair case up is better since it’s more sustained and climbing.

Letrozole and Inito Unmonitored Cycle Thoughts

Hi! I have thin PCOS and diagnosed infertility due to anovulation. I am doing a cycle of 5mg letrozole days 3-7. I am using inito to track. I have been using inito since January, so I do have charts to compare to. I have focused these last months on gaining weight, reducing stress, and taking supplements including metformin. I have gained 20 pounds and completely reduced my stress. Once I did this I started to see LH peaks on Inito but no confirmed ovulation. This was still a HUGE success since before gaining weight, I had no LH peaks at all during cycles. My cycles are irregular so I also trigger them using oral progesterone for 5 days. Anyone have any experiences similar? I am attaching my into chart. I had a spike for LH so quickly but the next day all of my values dropped. I know this is probably a false start, and I am waiting on another surge. In other cycles, I have had multiple LH spikes but no ovulation. Anyone else using Inito and letrozole?
