so context, im 16 currently almost 17 and i have been struggling with an eating disorder for afew, maybe 4 months now, but recently it has gotten alot worse. My boyfriend who is 17 almost 18 also struggles with an eating disorder and has struggled alot longer with one than i have. I fear im a bad partner if i tell him about mine potentially invalidating his especially considering that generally i am "smaller" than him and he often calls me skinnier than he is. I dont want to make him think he gave me an ed and for him to feel guilty but i dont want to keep going without being honest. what do i do? any advice is appreciated thank you!
