2mo fights naps
ever since 7 and a half weeks my baby cannot nap unless its in a stroller or car ride. stopped taking contact naps, stopped nursing to sleep. freaks out at the breast and will not comfort suck anymore. this is also new. will not take a pacifier. freaks out being swaddled. I tried to set up a nap time routine but it still takes 30+ minutes to get her to sleep. sometimes she only sleeps for 10-30 minutes and will be up for 1 and a half hours afterwards upset. I have no clue what to do but I’d rather kill myself then sleep train. she sleeps fine at night, but goes to bed at 10:39/11pm. usually sleeps 4-5 hours before waking up every 2 hours to eat until 9/10am. this all started after about 7 weeks. she doesn’t necessarily cry all day she just starts to squirm and shriek and has her eyes wide open staring into space. maybe this is just a vent I’m just at my wits end. I miss my contact naps.
