The latest grey's anatomy episode had a mom that was in an accident. She gave birth, but it didn't seem like she was ever able to identify herself. She might've had a phone on her that they could call her partner, but what would happen to the baby if she didn't have her phone. If they had no clue who she was or a way to find her family. Would they just have to put the baby up for adoption?
