Can anyone help me find a legit cash for homes business? Our home needs repairs and can not afford to fix it. With so many scammers and misinformation, it'd be nice to have a recommendation from someone who knows it's above board. TIA

Can anyone help me decide if I sound make an appointment with family Doctor or not?

I have photos of X-rays from my chiropractor. The one with the side view concerns me in the middle of the throat. I can't find another image like it when I search images or throat x-ray findings.
